Your Mission

• As Founder's Associate, you will take on a broad range of high-impact tasks:

  • Drive international expansion and GTM: Shape and execute go-to-market strategies in new regions

  • Manage strategic partnerships: Develop and maintain insurer and partner relationships

  • Coordinate strategic initiatives: Steer key cross-functional projects and ensure alignment

  • Financial modeling & business analysis: Conduct financial analyses that support decision-making and investor relations

  • Support leadership & board: Create strategic materials, presentations, and business cases

  • Own special projects: Step in where needed to solve key challenges across teams

Your Profile

Requirements for the role:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university, complemented by a strong track record of academic and professional achievement.

• At least one year of full-time experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or the startup ecosystem.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative problem-solving.

• The ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and effective reporting solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and convincingly.

• An independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a bias for action.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
